Donations

Resolution   BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District upon the recommendation of the Superintendent  accept the donation of school  Supplies from Big Lots. 

2018-2020 Intermunicipal Agreement-(Gr. 9-12 Educational Services) Watervliet City School District

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union FreeSchool District approve the intermunicipal agreement between Menands UFSD and the Watervliet City School District for students in grades 9-12 for the 2018-2020 school years.  This is a two year agreement.  

 Behavioral Transformations Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis Services, PLLC

 Enclosed for the Board is a copy of the Agreement for Services contract from Kelly Brock(Consultant), From Behavioral Transformations Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis Services, PLLC to provide Support services for behavioral challenges.

  Resolution   BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District  approve the 2019-2020 Agreement for Services contract from Kelly Brock from  Behavioral Transformations Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis Services, PLLC to provide  Support services for behavioral challenges. At a rate of $115.00 per hour as per attached Agreement.

Center for Disability Services – Agreement for Services 2019-2020 

Enclosed for the Board is a copy of the 2019-2020 Agreement for Services from the Center for Disability Services for one student attending the Program.  

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the 2019-2020 Agreement for Services from the Center for  Disability Services for one student attending the Program as per the attached agreement.

 

8. PERSONNEL MATTERS
Appointments

 

 Substitute Teaching Appointment – Middle School Math – Noel Santiago

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District appoint Noel Santiago to a long-term substitute teaching position in Middle School Math commencing on September 23, 2019 through on or about February 19, 2019 at Step 1 in accordance with the MAT contract.

Teacher Aide – Katelyn Schwartz

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve Katelyn Schwartz as a Teacher Aide effective 10/31/19 through 6/30/20. Remuneration as per the attached revised salary schedule.

 Teacher Aide – Johnathon Cappadona

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve Johnathon Cappadona as a Teacher Aide effective 11/4/19 through 6/30/20. Remuneration as per the attached revised salary schedule.

Substitute  Teacher Aide- David LaFleur

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School  District approve David LaFleur as a substitute Teacher Aide for the 2019-2020 school year.

 

Resignations
Lunch Aide – Johnathon Cappadona

 Enclosed for the Board is a letter from Jonathon Cappadona, dated October 21, 2019 resigning  from his position as a Lunch Aide from the Menands Union Free School District effective November 4,2019.

 Resolution     BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District  accept the letter of resignation from Johnathon Cappadona, dated October 21, 2019,  resigning from his position as a Lunch Aide  From the Menands Union Free School District effective November 4, 2019.

  Homework Club Tutors and Tutors for Students on Home Instruction 

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the following Homework Club Tutor for the 2019-2020 school year at a rate of $25.00 per hour.

Club/Sports/Mentoring/Other Stipends

It is requested that the Board approve the attached revised list of staff member compensation  during the 2019-2020 school year for work performed outside of the regular school day as per the MAT contract.

CSE/CPSE Recommendations 

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the CSE/CPSE  recommendations as submitted.

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the following substitute teachers for the 2019-2020 school year as listed.
