We at Menands Union Free School district would like to thank everyone for coming out to vote on Tuesday, May 16th. 

The results are as follows:

The Menands School Budget passed with a total of 186 votes having been cast, 147 yes votes and 39 no votes. With overwhelming support, the budget passed with a 79% of approval. 

Congratulations to Charlie Luke and Mashal Shaikh for being elected to the two open positions on the Board of Education.

The Capital Project passed with a total of 188 votes having been cast; 149 yes, 39 no, a 79% pass rate.

Congratulations to Kelly Lemyre and Libby Post for being elected to the two open positions on the Library Board of Trustees.

The Library Budget passed with a total of 188 votes having been cast; 163 yes, 25, no, an 87% pass rate.

Once again, thank you to all who took the time to show their support for the community and came out to vote.
