6. BUSINESS OFFICE FOR APPROVAL   

A.  2022-2023 Budget Adoption
 

Based on the information and materials discussed during the Board workshop. The Board will adopt the 2022-2023 budget.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District adopt the proposed 2022-2023 budget in the amount of $10,821,622.00.

B. Property Tax Report Card – Adoption

  BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District adopt the 2022-2023 property tax report card.

 C. School Calendar 2021-2022

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District revises the 2021-22 district calendar as attached

D. Approval for Transportation Contract

Bid Award-School Year Special Needs and Homeless Transportation Multi Year Contract (3 Years)

BE IT RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District hereby finds Durham School Services to be the lowest responsible bidders meeting specifications with respect to the bids opened on April 7, 2022 and hereby awards Durham School Service the school year special needs and homeless contract.

8. MOTION TO ADJOURN
