Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education in accordance with district policy 6900 authorize the disposition of the items on the attached list .

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the disposal of the items on the attached list which cease to be of use or of value to the district.

Budget Transfer – April 2019

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the enclosed budget transfer for April 2019 in the amount of $10,000 for legal services.

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, hereby approve the following change orders.

Enclosed for the Board is a letter  from Amanda Jasinski, dated March 29, 2019, resigning  from her Teaching position from the Menands Union Free School District effective June 30, 2019.

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District accept the letter of resignation from Amanda Jasinski, dated March 29, 2019, resigning from her positions as a Teacher from the Menands Union Free School District effective June 30, 2019.

Appointments

Substitute Teaching Position – Ryan Nolan

Resolution   BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District appoint Ryan Nolan to a substitute teaching position at the per diem rate of $86.

Substitute Cafeteria/Lunch Monitor, Custodial and Clerical- Johnathon Cappadona

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve Johnathon Cappadona as a Non-Instructional Substitute effective 5/7/2019 through 6/30/19.

CSE/CPSE Recommendations

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the CSE/CPSE recommendations as submitted.

Health Services Contract –

Enclosed please find copies of the 2018-2019 Health Services Contracts for students  attending private or parochial schools in the following districts:

North Colonie School District- (16) students in the amount of $10,916.64
Troy City School District- (1) student in the amount of $619.24
Rensselaer City School District- (1) student in the amount of $583.48
                                  *The residence of the students has been verified.

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the 2018-2019 Health Services Contracts for students  attending private or parochial schools as listed.
