It may not be overly intuitive, but a key element to building a solid foundation for a student’s educational future is ensuring that the school they are learning in is in tip-top shape.
Work on the Menands campus earlier this year accomplished just that.
A long-awaited roof replacement and driveway repaving work were the main focus of contractors, though heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) system upgrades also occurred, extending air conditioning to a full one-third of the building, Superintendent Jennifer Cannavo said.
