Dear community members:
We are looking for feedback that will help us guide the future of the Menands School.
In recent weeks, we have distributed a survey seeking feedback that will be used to develop a plan guiding the school during the next five years. The goal of this plan is to foster a school environment that is not only academically successful, but in which all students and families feel welcome and able to thrive.
In an effort to collect this information, we will be redistributing the survey on Nov. 21 via ParentSquare. The survey takes 10- to 15-minutes to complete and all information remains anonymous.
At the end of the survey, we are also asking families to volunteer to take part in focus group gatherings with our consultant firm, Tangible Development. During these groups, the Tangible Development team hopes to collect first-person accounts and feedback about what it means to be a student and a parent in Menands. We encourage you to take part in these focus groups!
