The meeting will reconvene with the Reorganizational meeting followed by the Regular Meeting after Executive Session.There will be no action or discussion other than a motion to go into Executive Session at 6:00 p.m.

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the SA 10 between Menands UFSD and the Watervliet City School District for students in grades 9-12 for the 2020-2021 school year.
2020-2021 Intermunicipal Agreement-(Gr. 9-12 Educational Services) North Colonie Central School District
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the intermunicipal agreement between Menands UFSD and the North Colonie Central School District for students in grades 9-12 for the 2020-2021 school year.
2020-2021 Intermunicipal Agreement – (Gr. 9-12 Educational Services)South Colonie Central School District
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the intermunicipal agreement between Menands UFSD and the South Colonie Central School District for students in grades 9-12 for the 2020-2021 school year.
2020-2021 Intermunicipal Agreement (Technology Services)- South Colonie Central School District
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the intermunicipal agreement for technology services between Menands UFSD and the South Colonie Central School District for the 2020-2021 school year.
BOCES Cooperative Bidding and Purchasing
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District adopt the BOCES cooperative bidding contract and food and cafeteria supplies cooperative bidding resolutions for the 2020-2021 school year.
AMSURE(Formally known as Adirondack Trust Insurance) Contract Renewal
Enclosed for the Board is a memo from Ms. Cietek with information in regards to the Contract renewal.
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the contract renewal with AMSURE Insurance for the 2020-2021 school year.

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the attached Preliminary AS-7 Contract for 2020-2021 Services.

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the attached Final AS-7 Contract for 2019-2020 Services.
Special Education Consulting Services Agreement – Lorraine D. Thompson
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District, Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, hereby approve the Special Education Consulting Services Agreement provided by Lorraine D. Thompson.

Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District hereby appoints Elizabeth Mentiply as a Provisional Keyboard Specialist in the competitive class of the civil service.
Food Service Worker/Lunch Aid, Custodians and Clerical
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the following individuals be appointed for the 2020-2021 school year as listed:

12. BOARD OF EDUCATION MATTERS
CSE/CPSE Recommendations
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the CSE/CPSE recommendations as submitted.
Substitute Teachers – Fully Cleared
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the following substitute teachers for the 2020-2021 school year.

Substitute Teachers – Fully Cleared and Substitute Teachers – BOCES
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the re-appointment of all substitute teachers for the 2020-2021 school year who were previously appointed through 6/30/20.
Substitute Teacher Compensation
Dr. Long recommends that the Board set the substitute teacher pay rate as follows:
Per Diem Rate $100.00
Long Term up to 6 weeks $180.00 per day
Long term beyond 6 weeks per MAT contract
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District District approve the substitute teacher pay rate as listed.
Substitute Teaching Assistant Compensation
Dr. Long recommends that the Board set the substitute Teaching Assistant pay rate at $100.00 per day.

Wildwood School Special Education Services Contract-2020-2021 Extended School Year Program
Enclosed for the Board are copies of the 2020-2021 Special Education Services Contract from the Wildwood School for a student attending the extended school year program.

North Colonie Central School District Special Education Services Contract- 2020-2021 Extended School Year Program
Enclosed for the Board are copies of the 2020-2021 Special Education Services Contract from the North Colonie Central School District for students attending the extended school year program.

Crossroads Center for Children Special Education Services Contract-2020-2021 Extended School Year Program
Enclosed for the Board are copies of the 2020-2021 Special Education Services Contract from the Crossroads Center for Children for a student attending the extended school year program.
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the 2020-2021 Special Education Services Contract from the Crossroads Center for Children for the extended school year program.
Health Services Contract –
Enclosed please find a copy of the 2020-2021 Health Services Contracts for students attending private or parochial schools in the following districts:
East Greenbush School District- (7) students in the amount of $5,439.77.
Lansingburgh Central School District- (2) students in the amount of $1,236.96.
*The residence of the students has been verified.
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve the 2020-2021 Health Services Contracts for students attending private or parochial schools as listed.
13. STUDENT MATTERS
The total estimated enrollment for the 2020-2021school year to date is 311(this includes confirmed students for the incoming Kindergarten class). 33 Kindergarten registrations As of 7/89/2020.
