Our cafeteria has had to make adjustments to the school breakfast and lunch menus due to the nationwide supply chain shortages. With that, last minute adjustments to the menu may occur during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Menands offers the option to make deposits into your student’s cafeteria account through the online system MySchoolBucks. No longer worry about sending your child to school carrying money, receive alerts when your student’s balance is low, and make payments with your debit or credit card.
Get started by visiting www.myschoolbucks.com and register using the “Start Here” link. If you have any questions, please email Mike Tehan at firstname.lastname@example.org or Kathy Cietek at email@example.com.
Student Meal Prices
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has extended a program that will provide free meals to all Menands students until December 31, or until available funding expires. The program was established to help ensure children have access to school meals during the COVID pandemic.
Families who may qualify for the Free and Reduced Price Meal Program are still encouraged to submit applications for the 2021-22 school year. Those who qualify will receive meals at no charge through the end of the school year.
Please contact Sue McCormick at firstname.lastname@example.org or 518-465-4561, ext. 101 for any application questions.
