Several celebrations will bring the school year to a close in Menands.
On June 18, starting at about 9 a.m., several seniors will return to the grades PreK-8 school to do a senior walk through the halls as current students watch and cheer them on.
On June 22, a 5th grade a moving-up cerebration will be conducted at the school starting at 1:30 p.m.
On June 23, kindergarten students will be celebrated with a moving-up ceremony that starts at 10 a.m.
On June 24, PreK students will be celebrated with a moving-up ceremony that starts at 9:30 a.m.
On June 25, a graduation ceremony will be conducted at 6 p.m. for 8th graders as they depart the halls of Menands for area high schools.
All events are being conducted at the school, which is located at 19 Wards Lane in the village.
